Equipment Commander is our industry leading web based reporting service that makes fluid analysis faster, easier and more convenient for you - our valued customer.
The system was launched in June 2007 and gives customers the ability to view their sample data and detailed report in "real-time" from anywhere in the world, 24/7/365.
With Equipment Commander, you can:
Find all of your results using our intuitive search tools
Identify trends (on a particular piece of equipment or on your entire fleet) using our easy-to-read Sample History and Graphing features
Download and print information that you need to share with others
Get answers to all your fluid analysis related questions
Send emails from within the system and detail any action taken for any machine or sample to colleagues, customers or any person with an interest in the data
Large collections of samples can be viewed with colour coded results to show their status enabling you to view the most urgent results first
Customers are issued with a password to maximise security and this value added-package delivers a cheaper way to gain information as well as being more environmentally friendly
There is no need to install any software and the interface is extremely user friendly. All sample data and images are stored in one place, including a historical log of communications and actions taken, ensuring that all interested parties are notified as to sample status as soon as a potential problem is highlighted
